DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA):

All purchases will be processed and shipped within 3 days of order via USPS ground. Customer will be sent a tracking number. Please allow 3 - 5 days from ship date for delivery.

CHECKING THE STATUS OF MY ORDER

You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed to the e-mail address provided at the time of checkout. This can take up to 48 hours. You will receive a second e-mail once your order has shipped, which a link to follow the journey of your package. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. 

I PLACED MY ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

You order, we process, then we ship. All orders will ship in 1 - 3 business days, regardless of shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do NOT guarantee to ship orders the same day. Please allow up to 3 business days for orders to process (for example, if you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Tuesday or Wednesday). You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships. 

Note: If inaccurate addresses are provided it may delay processing by an additional 1 - 2 business days. Please review your shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided. 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Poppy Hair Extensions, is not responsible for lost or stolen packages!

If you are not completely satisfied or have ordered the wrong color, you have 30 days to return or exchange your order. If you have any questions on how to return your item to us, view our return policy.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders with invalid addresses may be returned to us and may delay delivery. If you entered the incorrect delivery address, please contact info@poppyhairextensions.com right away with your order number and your new shipping address. Although we cannot guarantee that we'll catch your order in time before it enters processing, we will try our absolute hardest to make the requested changes, although it is the responsibility of the buyer to input their correct shipping address.

Please reach out to us at info@poppyhairextensions.com with your order number and let us know that you are looking to cancel your order and we will take care of you. We will try to accommodate your request before it enters our warehouse. Please keep in mind that we process orders quickly, and may be unable to cancel your order. We’ll do our best to catch it before it goes out!
